If the production site, the ingredients, the finished products, as well as the manufacturer’s overall approach have been found to comply with the requirements set out in this standard, then the following indications may be used for labeling and advertising purposes:

1. The Bio-Earth-Durable logo for products under mention containing a minimum of 25% ingredients from organic farming optional certification.
2. the “Controlled by” Claim followed by the name or logo of the certifier requires the verification of a COFRAC approved certifier.
3. The claim “Product without pesticide residues, scientifically controlled” requires an independent laboratory test approved for the product or its commune concerned.
